BREAKING: Protective Order U.S. vs Trump

The United States has moved for entry of a Protective Order that would govern discovery in this matter. To expedite the flow of discovery material between the parties and to adequately protect certain information that the United States intends to produce to the defendant, the Government’s motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part and, pursuant to the court’s authority under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 16(d)(1), it is hereby ORDERED. A federal judge limited Donald Trump’s ability to publicly comment on Jan. 6 evidence, and warned him against attempts to intimidate witnesses or prejudice potential jurors.

Prosecutors are now expected to begin sharing millions of pages of discovery.

A framing that myself propagated for years.
