no more holier than thou
Nobody could choose to be what they're born to be fortune-heirs, sexually, racially, and in which family identity they're upbrought. To discriminate against an individual based on the thing they have no power to change is illogical, no moral value can ever condone it.
For those whose work is supported fundamentally in a big system, never feel like you have to provide more than your obligation within your capability. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of, which thus drains you mentally. Just bcos you can do it, doesn't mean you have to.
when you say you can't do it but they ignore your notification, never feel tempted to push yourself. Simply be there but do the minimum, so they'll see your input in the first place should have been taken seriously. Afterall, the blame falls on the Manager, not the worker.
In a big organization I notice so many want to reach the position with the greatest benefit. They go so far politically to get it. Oftentimes they forget the responsibility which comes with the position, that can only be fulfilled with certain required qualities they lack.
I can never understand why anyone would rather be lied to than know the truth. Once someone lies to me, they might as well be dead....in my universe.
People who speak their mind thru "holier than thou" verses are scary. I mean, are they zombie or a brainwashed victim that they need an established statement to represent their mind? Same thing goes with those who recite philosophical or poetic text.
Look. There will be lots of problems life might have for us. If you have one which is too complicated to understand or solve, just drop it. Find another. Life is like Uno Stack; whether we want it or not, we gotta keep going. It is a mess indeed, but it is also life.
There isn't a strong reason to feel acute worry. If life is predetermined, the more reason we shouldn't have to. If life is all about free will, then we can always create our own opportunity. Now what remains a homework is to identify what we truly want.
