After "uncommitted" protest votes netted 13% of Michigan's Dem primary vote and won 2 delegates, copycat campaigns have gained steam.
Ballot wording varies by state:
Minnesota: “uncommitted”
Colorado: “noncommitted”
North Carolina & Massachusetts: “no preference”
