All intensive care patients at Al-Shifa have died. Netanyahu says 'we are obviously treading carefully when it comes to hospitals, but we are also not going to give immunity to the terrorists.' UN Relief and Works Agency says 101 Gazans of its employees have been killed since the 7th of October, the organization's biggest death toll recorded in a single conflict.

Ireland is a “consistent and strong supporter” of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in investigating the Israel-Hamas conflict, Tánaiste Micheál Martin has said. No one above the law, above Geneva Convention at least. Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald has called on the Government to “send the Israeli ambassador home” in unscripted remarks to her party’s ard fheis [Sinn Fein annual party conference].
Ms McDonald repeated a call she made earlier this week for the expulsion of Ambassador Dana Erlich but her latest comments, which came in the middle of a sharp critique of Israel’s actions in Gaza, were not in the scripted version of her televised address in Athlone on Saturday evening.
The call to expel the ambassador received a standing ovation from around 1,000 party members as well as the party’s front bench, which flanked Ms McDonald on the stage. Ms McDonald said she agreed with the Government that Israel’s actions cannot be without consequence.
“That is why the Irish government should take the lead and refer Israel to the International Criminal Court,” she said before adding: “And send the Israeli ambassador home.”

Since Friday, Oct 13, when Israel announced to every Gazans from northern move to southern, more than 5,000 killed in southern, not counting barbaric bombing in northern Gaza. Northern Gaza is being depopulated, while even residents in the south are ordered to evacuate as the israelis implement their ethnic cleansing.
