They're motivated to send a message. Being a fickle electorate, history has shown they may not show up in huge numbers in Nov. Biden will still win. If they do turn out, it'll be a landslide. That's what they should be aiming for, showing up and having leverage over US policy. Dems need to give some serious thought to how the decades long strategy of repeatedly telling higher involvement and young voters to get bent is working out for them.
